It helps a lot in daily tasks. I work in the downtown office and often need to access files on my home computer. TeamViewer is an indispensable tool in my day-to-day operation of my professional activities. It also helps a lot when I need to guide a customer from a distance.
- Very useful if you need to use computers from different places with agility.
- Incredibly simple installation.
- Simple interface.
- Very dependent on the quality of the connection.
- Many times the delay gets in the way a bit.
- I can solve problems instantly without having to leave my office.
- I can serve customers and make remote presentations.
- Increases the value of my service.
I like TeamViewer tools more. I have been using it for a longer time and I am satisfied. I see no reason to change.
