Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

TeamViewer is one of the best communication software used in our property to connect between different departments within the property or with external properties and services providers. We depend on it heavily especially during tCOVID 19, as it facilitates the communication process between different departments and we held our meetings and discussion using it.
  • Easy connections to devices and desktops anywhere and any time.
  • Sharing files with others
  • Manage computers and contacts
  • Seeing the status of all online devices and people.
  • Play and record sessions.
  • It can be used with different mobile and desktop versions and Windows.
  • Versions are not compatible with others. You should have the same version!
  • Prices and licenses are a little bit an issue.
  • Increase the communication skills and reduce time consuming
  • Improve productivity and keep us tracking the business in difficult times efficiently.
  • IT helps to boast sales potentials.
We select TeamViewer as one of the best communication tools where we reduce our costs and increase sales potentials comparing to other products that provide the same or similar products. team viewer Show the Importance of it's feature during the time of Corona Virus , We were able to run our operation remotly effectively and effeciently , The Remot Desktop enables us to run our daily meeting in group meeting , Access to our files and to computers from anywhere and in anytime .
My Experience for the security features of team viewer revoloves in the following points which give us high value and security trust.
Easy access , We are able to accept or deny connecting from other party , Disable random password . The 02 way authenication give the security and privacy of teamviewer the big adavantage .
It will be a fit for small and medium-size properties where there is no more sharing for files and reasonable access to their devices remotely. Also, the software is helpful for quick third-party access to your system to help in sorting out an issue. You also have to ensure the security for access and always run two-factor authentication. Ensure you always to update the version to run smoothly.

TeamViewer Security and Support

Despite the fact that we not complete with the teamviewer premim but we tried the trail version for 2 weeks and it was very helpuful , beside the main features advantages , with the premium teamviewer we are able to provide more stability , Access and control computers remotley ,Secure unattendened access . And the bouns advatage is sharing files and increase number of sharing meetings , unfortunatly we not proceed with the premium version due to internal changes in the property third party agreements.
Teamviwer is one of the best platforms to communicate saftly and secure . there are many features that enables us to run the communication effectivly and efficiently specially during the time of COVID 19 , Like easy aceess to computer , file sharing , Manage Devices , you can manage by your mobile , Able to record meeting all this help us to increase our communication and enhance our quality of service.
highly recommended to use all the feature of team viewers and they have different categories fo prices either single use , multi users and team users with different features and advatage of each category , we used the corporate version which enabled us to use different and multi feartures like , Device access reporting , team viewer web client

Using TeamViewer

5 - With teamviwer we used for both operation and IT departments where we were able to connect ot other service provider and other support teams who working with the property , we conduct meetings , sharing files either within the property or with other suplliers and clients . All people who using teamviewer are able to coonect and communicate easily by using the platform.
2 - When we assign team for support of teamviwer we decide some creteria for those people that include and not limit as follow . Working with data , Ability to analizing data , Know of the IOT "internt of Things " , able to bulit in reporting , The selected people were able to install and connect teamviwer to the requested computers .

  • Coonect with clients and third party provider where we are not able to meet face to face due to corona Virus.
  • File sharing with concernded departments inside the property or outside
  • During the Corona Virus where we are not able to present phiscally in the workplace , team viwer sort out this issue
  • Any issue with the property or malfuncation out of the working hours , were able to sort out remotly .
  • Coomunication with supplier and third party easily to solve or conduct online meeting

Teamviwer is very effective tools that enable us to communicate easily and effectivly and in the same time very reasonable in prices and support team very professional and always provide help and support if requested , Also teamviwer help us to run the operation in the hard time of COVID 19 . Easy features and diversy as well.

Support team asre very professional and helpful , they provide efficent and quick service when requested ,despite the fact that we dident face alot of issue with the software but when we face issue they immediatly support and help .Support team available with different languages and different mean of communication .Overall staisfy with the customer service and support team.

Actually all the time they provide very efficient and professional service and the contact with support team was very rare and in very limited situation as mentioned earlier the platfoem is porviding a huge features and advantages that can be run efficently and effectively .

Overall are staisfied with the service and product as able to connect and communicate remotly and access to computer easily , Prices of the products comparing to the same services provide by others very acceptable and agreeable. Fast remote control of users is another advantage , Creating groups and send data and sharing files with them , One of the advantage is ability to print remotly , Ability to record the meetings. teamviwer in the time of Covid 19 Was a big assistance and sort out many issue for working remotly .
