Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
TeamViewer help people who are working remotely to troubleshoot technical issues while they working from home. We use Microsoft teams to the technical issue such as VPN connections, Microsoft issues, and windows issues including installation of drivers such as networks, audio, graphics/ display, Bluetooth or any connectivity, peripherals, licenses on specific software, installing crucial software and file sharing, etc.

I choose this tool because is more user-friendly with a simple graphical user interface. Assistance can be provided very quickly as soon as you get the ID and password installation is simple, there is no need for configurations You can switch users on the operating system and continue working to another user account. Most recommended by most organizations

Helpt to assist users while they working remotely. Save time and money for other employees rather than coming onsite or technicians to go and resolve the issue to their homes. Easy to communicate on the chat box while you helping the user on-screen File transfer helps a lot to install our own software on users' computers.
More secured because sometimes we are sharing very confidential documents via file transfer Our privilege settings and domains are very secured if are not touched by unauthorized users/employees who are not working in the IT department for example IP address for networks, mapping drivers, access to change or sabotage VPN settings and configurations.
