Overall Satisfaction with Totango

It is being used as a CRM to keep track of customer touchpoints.
  • Being able to create tasks
  • Be able to work with your tasks
  • Segments help divide customers
  • Touchpoints and Tasks take a very small space on the main page of the company, it could be bigger
  • Sometimes it feels a bit convoluted with a lot of features, it would be nice to hide everything the company is not using
  • Increasing effectiveness because of streamlining touchpoints.
  • Making sure that all tasks are logged in the system for everyone to see.
Pipedrive was less intuitive and harder to use than Totango, as it was of course more focused on sales and not post sales.
