Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet helped when we terminated an employee. Has helped with on-boarding and any questions I've asked.
The only real challenges I have had so far are related to payroll reporting. It seems the reporting could be easier to use, read and have all of the information in one or two reports. I have to search through lots of information to find what I need.
The whole organization. We have employees in two countries. TriNet helped us find one solution to handle payroll, taxes, etc. in both countries. We have a small staff (4). Access to benefits in the US is essential. TriNet gave us access to good benefits at a good rate. Also, assistance in managing payroll and taxes. Benefits are less important in Canada, but we were able to give our employees additional benefits, as well as gaining payroll and tax assistance.
