Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Benefits, Payroll, Onboarding/Offboarding, Recruitment, Leaves of Absences.

The business problems that the product addresses are streamlining our organization's operations, as well as ensuring that we are operating at maximum efficiency. TriNet has been a huge help to us in every single way imaginable from an HR perspective. The PEO model is the way to go in my opinion.

No hold times. Very friendly and professional support staff.
N/A. I was not with my organization during the COVID-19 pandemic.
TriNet is so much easier to use than the three products I mentioned. TriNet is also suited to an organization of our size and industry.

I think that TriNet really adapts to scale. So organizations of any size can utilize it effectively. I think that TriNet will be most effective for small sized businesses, medium sized businesses, and not for profit organizations. The way that TriNet bundles all of its features into one easy to access package is absolutely remarkable.
