Use Cases and Deployment Scope

- Firstly we started supporting customers, using it for meetings, and also as remote access.
- Now Kyndryl is going to replace Slack with Webex, so we are going to use Webex full internally as well, for meeting and chats with coworkers.

Slack, Skype and HCL Sametime (formerly from IBM)

- Worldwide used by companies - It is very useful for remote access (for network supporters) - It is perfect for environments where the network has Cisco devices, it doesn't mean that other brands aren't suitable. - You can record the meetings, and training and use them for a future base of knowledge.

Support Rating

- Being a network technician it is easy for me to get things done, and when support needed has been easy to talk.
