Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

The whole organization uses it to submit travel and cash expenses. Addressed the problem of using Excel sheets, and a lengthy process.
  • Intuitive system.
  • Simple process.
  • Great app.
  • Emailing the receipts has been complicated to get my head around, but I'm getting there. Wish this could be simpler—one address to email to for example.
  • Cut time spent submitting expenses by half.
Marked down due to the process of emailing receipts.
They are there when I need them but we have good support internally too.

Cost. Platform design and staff.
Well suited to cash and travel expenses. I don't use it for anything else so cannot comment on less appropriate scenarios.
