Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Webexpenses is currently used the main portal to cover travel expenses and other work related expenses by all our construction professionals that work in our construction sites and yards across the country.
It addresses the admin costs of having someone going trough all the receipts and travel tickets to ensure all information is accurate. It also calculates mileage automatically.

- Simple.
- Clean UI.
- Mobile app.
- Issues when changing the routes in the mileage calculator.
- If you use a stored receipt it goes away.
- More options should be added to the expenses category.
I currently do it on a weekly basis which saves me the time and space on backpack since I don't have to save the receipts for all my expenses.
I've never used any similar products.
