Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Wrike is used to manage our entire team and all of our projects - small to large. At any given time we can have active 30-40 projects. The customized workflows, dashboards and blueprints are ideal to keep everything on track. As we are a small company our team is working on multiple jobs at any given them and Wrike helps ensure their tasks are managed correctly.
  • Custom dashboards
  • Custom workflows
  • Time tracking
  • Project blueprints
  • User scheduling only allows for full day vacation tracking - a 1/2 day option would be great
  • Beyond blueprints it would be great to easily clone a group of tasks, currently if you want to duplicate tasks it's either individually or a project or folder.
  • With so many projects on the go I can't imagine working Wrike.
7 years ago when we first started we evaluated a bunch of different products and decided on Wrike because at the time it had one of the best Gantt chart implementations of the cloud enabled tools we looked at. Been happy with it ever since and have had no need to explore other options.

Overall we have found that Wrike has a solution for all our project management needs. And we continue to discover new features. They are constantly innovating and updating the product. Some people might find that challenging as some features change but we've found it to be an excellent experience. We use it for projects that have a 2 week life cycle up to projects that have a 6 month life cycle.

Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled
  • Wrike offers a lot of options so we took some time planning on how to implement the features in a manner that was in line with our teams workflow.

2 - Being a small team we help each other a lot but we have 2 employees that are key and offer the main support to the rest of the team.

Easy to use, lots of features, can't imagine our team working without it.
