Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

My team uses Zoho Social to update social media such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram for two different organizations. This software allows me to post to multiple social media outlets from a single interface. The ability to add images, schedule future posts, and engage with my client’s audience makes this software very valuable. It is used by my social media management department.

2 - The two people in my organization that use Zoho Social are involved in social media management, and client relations. They gather information from each client about their current social media presence. They use the analytical tools of Zoho Social to evaluate the client’s current social media engagement. They also work with them to create relationships with current and potential customers.

Zoho Social has very simple functionality and is easier to use. Their customer support is top quality. The issues that were discovered in the beginning were resolved very quickly. I selected Zoho Social because it integrates with the Zoho One suite seamlessly. The set-up and implementation were very intuitive and almost effortless.
This software works very well. When generating reports of how my client's social media is performing, this software is very detail-oriented. The overview dashboard has a simple design, great functionality, and clear concise features that allow me to post to social media in a very efficient manner. I can’t think of any scenarios where it is less appropriate.

Using Zoho Social

2 - People familiar with image manipulation, hashtags and good keywords usage. It doesn’t take a whole lot of skill to use this product but it does take some clever tactics to engage an audience across multiple social media platforms regarding specific products and services. The types of people or skills required to support Zoho Social varies.

  • Scheduling seasonal posts such as holidays.
  • Scheduling a full calendar month of posts that engage and inform customers of upcoming events.

It just works and works very well! I have no complaints whatsoever. It’s very simple to use, integrates with other Zoho One components and social platforms. The Zoho company has perfected this software for efficiency and ease of use. Other companies could learn a lot from this one. Integration is the key!

Product usability. This is the single most important factor that solidified our decision to use this product. What good is software if you have trouble using it? No one wants to go to each social media platform and repeat the same thing they could’ve done on one single interface. That’s what makes a Zoho Social shine.
I wouldn’t change a thing! Zoho Social has great functionality and meets all of our organizational social media needs. if I had to do it again I probably would not change my evaluation and selection process. The choice was very clear from the beginning because of the simplicity and ease of use.
