Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Using Zoom for communication is an excellent idea because of the high quality of the service. It has an intuitive interface that makes it easy to use for beginners. We can have unlimited one-on-one meetings or group meetings with up to 100 participants and 40 minutes per session. Screen sharing allows multiple people to share their screens simultaneously, which is excellent for collaboration. The fact that I'm in a different time zone or country doesn't stop me from using Zoom because it saves me time. With the help of this tool, I reduced the amount of time I spent emailing my clients. It provides consistent services and helps me schedule meetings.

Pros and Cons

Pros

It's simple to operate. Creating, joining, and using the tool is simple and requires no training.
The audio and video quality is excellent, and it makes it easy to meet with colleagues and have productive discussions about ideas.
It has a wide range of features that appeal to millennials and the next generation of users with an intuitive design.
If you're looking for a simple method of connecting with people worldwide, this is an excellent option. We've had problems with other web conferencing solutions, but not with Zoom.

Cons

More branding on webinars and a good connection to fully utilize the tool.
We can no longer access recordings or invite people directly to meetings.
There are too many buttons and unnecessary repetition of attendees who log in and out of reports.

Return on Investment

It enables me to send and receive messages from my team members during video calls, handling online presentations.
With the ability to quickly stop, mute, and even receive notifications when someone enters or exits the meeting room, I'm never obligated to show up while making a call.
It is possible to record online meetings for future reference and more effective customer service. As we dealt with a lockdown, Zoom helped our business run smoothly.

Alternatives Considered

Skype for Business (formerly Lync), now part of Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams and Google Hangouts Meet

I used to use Skype before Zoom. Zoom's robust and quality features are not available in Skype. Zoom is a video conferencing solution that maintains advanced online collaboration features while improving video quality. It has made it possible for me to continue my work as a professional because my clients feel more comfortable sharing. It has helped me grow my clientele.

It is a professional tool that allows us to share our experiences and keep working. It's easy to use, integrates with Google Calendar, and schedules meetings. Zoom has excellent features like screen sharing, remote control, presentation mode, and even backgrounds if you work from home or elsewhere.
