Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
It is being used by Sales only. No other department uses ZoomInfo currently at Metricly. In Sales, we use it to find the correct emails. We also use it to find direct lines to specific contacts within companies. It is used all day/every day when sourcing companies. Some people in Sales also use it to find the percentage of the company in engineering, etc.

- Sometimes outdated information
- Does not have email verification on it. Currently, use a 3rd party free tool
- Takes 6-12 months to add new employees to companies

ZoomInfo has more information about more companies than Data.com. Data.com somewhat rivals ZoomInfo when it comes to finding emails, but in every other category of information, ZoomInfo has been proven to have more. I have never used Data.com for list enrichment or pulling list, but ZoomInfo does well here. A key advantage again is the amount of information that ZoomInfo has over Data.com.
