Engagio

Engagio is great for giving sales and marketing teams insight into which marketing efforts are getting the most engagement, and which accounts should be targeted for further nurturing. The reports available are great if you can get your sales team to use them the way they are intended to be used. Set up and implementation does take quite a bit of time, but the payoff is worth it. You just need to make sure it's not just done, but done right, in order to reap the benefits.

  • The lead to account matching is awesome. Engagio identifies which of the accounts in our Salesforce instance that a lead would belong to if it were a contact.
  • Allowing for ABM-focused analytics in Salesforce.
  • The details around the behavior of the prospects regarding the duration of visits, pages, etc.

  • Some of the terms used are a learning process for our team, but the site is easy to navigate.
  • Although the site is easier to navigate, it has a lot of facets that take time to learn where elements are saved.

Oracle is not user-friendly. It is outdated and confusing, also makes it hard to enter in and out of certain tabs/areas within the platform. 6sense is more in-depth and has more functional abilities compared to Salesforce.

Engagio

Engagio allows us to gain valuable insight at the account-level when other software only allowed us to get a snapshot on a contact/lead level. While Engagio doesn't always play perfectly nice with Marketo, we haven't found it to be a big issue, and we're able to use it in many valuable ways.
