Likelihood to Recommend Copper (formerly ProsperWorks)
Copper has helped me extensively keep track of not only my own but my company's workflow. With so many projects and quotes to track, it has become essential to keep me on task and not miss any of our goals. It has been a perfect fit with our specific workflow, but I don't think it has the customizability just yet to be a perfect fit for every company out there.
Read full review For customizing a CRM without needing specialist support, Zoho CRM is great. The admin UI is pretty intuitive and easy to use. Zoho CRM also works great for tracking contact records and relationships to other records. For instance, we run 10+ different programs, and we need to track every contact's relationship to any and all of our programs. Besides the program relationship, we also track organization/employer relationships, host site relationships for interns, team relationships for several of our programs, and we are starting to track grant disbursement as well. Zoho CRM's "joiner modules" handle all of these different connection points fairly well, though the data import process can be a pain.

I think the Opportunities Pipeline is probably the best feature of the CRM. The versatility of it allows for pipelines to be made for not only sales but myriad of other ways. Copper's commitment to customer satisfaction is pretty spectacular. Many CRMs aren't as dedicated to this and provide their customers with simple how to articles that fall short of being an actual help. Copper's ability to sync with Google is an undersold perk. If a company relies on the Google workspace, Copper is an amazing tool to work alongside with Google. Read full review Zoho CRM has so much space to capture lots of information. Zoho CRM can be customized for your organization's needs. Zoho CRM is great for running reports to help make business decisions. We love all the different dashboards we can create. I wish it were easier to create a dashboard to view sales and growth. There are some features I would like to change but can't seem to figure out, so I just deal with not being able to, nothing major though. I would like to see it offer more free links to other services such as Quick Books. Read full review our team found it very challenging to integrate directly to our wordpress site while there may be a way to integrate to the SMS system, we have not discovered how a sales rep would be able to get an sms when customers leave their contact info (not through the app) we have one team member who still works with outlook calendar. it was easy to integrate with google calendar, but a second calendar, depending upon the user Read full review Likelihood to Renew Copper (formerly ProsperWorks)
Zoho has been a wonderful tool for us for several years and there is so much more we can do with it. New features are released often which give a team like us the option to further fine tune our business process management techniques. I honestly couldn't imagine running our business not on Zoho.

I would rate Copper overall usability as a 10. It is easy to use. I am not extremely computer friendly so I needed to find something that would fit what I can do. Copper definitely fit the bill. I would highly recommend it to anyone of any level of computer knowledge.
Read full review The methodology of the 'out of the box' user interface is fairly easy to learn. In some cases however, the interface is not consistent throughout the software. Upgrades to the interface has certainly improved some of this--- but now we are seeing the same kinds of inconsistencies across Zoho apps, particularly those more recently added to their platform. This issue is not major in that everybody on staff seems able to learn how to work the programs--- it's just annoying and less than efficient when inconsistent user interfaces or inconsistent terms are used in the programs and/or the requisite documentation.

It has been so far so good, they have been quick to respond to queries, and do follow up as well. But then again this is a work in progress and I guess they would not have a solution to every problem every posed to them right away. Hence I will refrain from making any judgments.
Read full review We did the training and that was a huge waste of money. The information provided was basic and the instructor was sloppy (he even forgot to turn off his mic when he used the restroom - no one should ever hear what we heard). I offered up a 9 because we were able to find what we needed on your website.

The online training consisted of watching youtube videos and pre-recorded webinars. They helped us learn what we needed, but there's still a need to learn more and where to access that information.

When you switch CRMs, you can automatically assume everything isn’t going to match up correctly. We had used Salesforce for 10+ years and had a ton of data and customizations. It was not a clean transfer, but we were able to sort it all out. The only issue that really bothered me was Zoho support. Even simple questions couldn’t be answered over chat, and we would have some team members try for hours to find the right answer

For my company, we chose Copper over Salesforce and HubSpot for a few reasons. First and foremost, G-Suite integration. This was one of the most attractive features we liked about Copper. The integration allows for seamless lead import, automated activity tracking and much more. Second, Copper is designed with the end user in mind. It has to be one of the simplest CRMs I have ever used. Additionally, Copper has fantastic customer success managers who make sure you are getting the most out of the platform. Lastly, Copper has very competitive pricing and offers many features of the big name CRMs at a much more economical price point

I think Zoho CRM is priced at a reasonable amount. Simply put, you get what you pay for and Zoho does not disappoint. My organization is comfortable with what we pay and pleased with continually renewing the software. The billing frequency is just right. There are no complaints on our end

In addition to being a user of Zoho CRM, we are a reseller as well. Often, at times our Partners request for on-boarding the platform configuration for them. During such requirements, we have utilized the Professional services team directly from the Zoho CRM team. Our partner feedback was quite positive, throughout.

I used ProsperWorks at a startup with around 100 people that was undergoing a serious sales crisis. ProsperWorks, I would say, was the number one tool to turn around the sales team as it allowed one book of truth and one place where every one could finally be on the same page. It's hard to judge ROI on the joy of using a well designed product. After using SFDC or Hubspot or any other CRM, ProsperWorks will feel like a Ferrari. Everything is fast, everything is smooth, and it's lightweight in a good way. The ROI was excellent based on a productivity stand point. Being able to pull up daily activity reports went a LONG way to ensuring the sales team was hitting their marks, and getting done what they need to get done.
