    It is a great tool for end systems management and monitoring. It has generally served well and can assist inmanaginf the devices for multiple clients / sites as needed. Remote control software leave alot to be desired and can be greatlly improved. Great for creating systems policies and providing basic end systems management.

    Its a great tool to organise multiple computers in multiple locations to offer support easily with ability to access systems from any location at any time. Have a excellent support team. Its very easy to use and deploy both in remote and on-premises. The UI is user-friendly hence new users find it very much easy to use and learn everything with ease.

    GoTo (formerly LogMeIn)

    • Notifying us when a computer is offline and how long it been off line helps us with employee control.
    • The security of logging in with username and password keeps anyone from being able to take over others system
    • The ability to be able to turn on a computer when I'm not able to make it to the location has been a plus.

    • The New UI is feature-rich, but not intuitive to set up. You CAN find a way to show all of the information you need, but you may need to reach out to support to get there

    • Administering Users- Cumbersome and not clearly designed.
    • How To's are lacking. Although they have started better training adding Videos but prior was trail and error.
    • I am sure there are other things that may need to be more streamlined but nothing that slows down what I need this for.

      What I dont like is when I run out of licenses that the only way to get more is to buy large amounts. this is very frustrating and as a small business I need to watch how much i am spending. smaller license packs would be better

      The LogMeIn Central is simple to use. You can easily manage computers and servers by creating different groups. Connecting to a remote computer is a simple click-on button. You don't need the remote user's password if [they are] already logged in. You don't need the remote user on the other side if you want to take full control. Overall the usability is simple.

      I don't recall ever experiencing issues with LogMeIn Central. It's always there! It offers a very reliable service that I don't see a lot on other services offered in the industry. LogMeIn does have planned outages for maintenance purposes but they do notify way ahead of time and also they're very short and they schedule them in the middle of the night or on weekends when is less obstructive

      Both Datto and SolarWinds leave a lot to be desired but from a technological aspect, but SolarWinds products are substantially better. At least when they aren't being hacked. SolarWinds was an intuitive design with some decent features that made management much more seamless and, well profitable. Datto products are nearly impossible to implement out of the box and even after months of customization, their RMM products were terrible.

      I did not like the Kaseya product, it was difficult to us and had constant connection issues. We currently utilize Endpoint Central and love it. However, we will maintain Central for the screen sharing product. TeamViewer is ok but is slow and clunky.

      • We have gone from having several technical support employees to only one which has saved both time spent on resolving issues to saving money.
      • We have expanded our client base which has created more business and more profit.
      • We have been able to keep valuable employees that we would have otherwise lost due to relocation.
