I used Workday at a previous company and it wasn't as seamless as Rippling. The interface was confusing and I often had a hard time navigating to what section I needed. I like Rippling's home page because it's easy to navigate to what you need right away.
Rippling is much more intuitive. The UI is much more simple to navigate and does not require you to dig through several menus to find what you need like others do. I remember constant frustration trying to remember where certain features were located in other apps, but Rippling …
Rippling's HRIS is similar in quality to BambooHR and Workday. However, where Rippling outshines those platforms is in its added functionality and connection to other portions of the platform as well as other applications. Being able to have our HRIS and Payroll Software on the …
Rippling has far better UI and for me personally, is much more intuitive which is more important to me as an employee than a feature-rich software. Information is easier to find, things are easier to update and overall feels better than some of the alternatives out there.

Rippling is more user-friendly than Workday. With Workday, things you enter would not always save correctly and I had to worry about entering my annual goals and having them get lost. I haven't had problems with Rippling's interface.
As an employee, I enjoy how easy to use Rippling is compared to Workday. All of the features I need are accessible, mobile-friendly, and easy to use. Onboarding was a breeze, as I was able to sign onboarding documents and fill out my employee profile entirely using my phone.
Workday is best in class but Rippling is not far behind. I believe people want something intuitive and easy to use and find what they need. Both platforms seem to have that.
