I give it a 10 because the only issue we had was a result of not following the guidance we were given. Maxymiser provided a customized implementation guide for each site where we were adding the code. On our site implementations when we followed that guide to the letter, it was extremely fast and easy and has worked very well.

Overall the implementation went well without major glitches. The database and data quality internally are critical factors and should be thoroughly evaluated before connecting to Eloqua.

Implementation went well, Salesforce integration is key, and it helped a lot that we were starting from scratch. All we needed to do was upload databases, create e-mail templates, provision users, set up CRM integration, and we were done.

We had a quickstart, minimal configuration implementation with Bulldog. I think that the positives of our implementation were related to our online training from Eloqua directly, not really because of our implementation partner. Overall it was OK- not sure I would select them again.
