Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
COVID brought about many changes, especially in that of remote work. In transitioning to a more remote workforce, we needed a way to measure our employees' productivity outside the office. ActivTrak has given us many insights into this. I love the reporting features, and the system is very user-friendly.
Pros
- Intuitive user interface
- Reporting features
- Deployment
Cons
- Mac deployment
- We are still working on determining the ROI in dollars as we need to involve more of our workforce interactively with the system.
- I love the dashboard! It's the easiest and quickest peak at the data.
- This tool has helped in giving opportunities for HR to have leadership coaching with our managers.
ActivTrak has helped us determine who the focused and unfocused employees are to work with them to get them into a better balance of work-life. Many of our remote team have said they feel alone and like they are on an island. ActivTrak has given us another piece to address and stay connected with them.
We plan to involve our leadership more interactively with the tool. At that point, managers will also have more to discuss with their employees.
ActivTrak has allowed us to determine which employees are focused, unfocused, and over-focused. This has led us to opportunities for improvement and addressing work-life balance concerns.
Honestly, we looked at several options for productivity software when we first chose ActivTrak. I do not remember the names of any of them because ActivTrak blew them all out of the water on price and functionality.
