Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

With the pandemic happening and the shift to working remotely, it is necessary to have all employment offers and other documents signed electronically by all respective parties as we cannot meet in person to complete this task anymore. In addition, some documents are required to be signed and submitted ahead of being onsite as a condition of offer, so time is of the essence and electronic submission with convenience is necessary in this step. This program is being utilized across the hospital with not only HR, but our Legal team and also our Research area as well.
  • Ability to apply rules for each and every field.
  • Ability to format each field according to desired value.
  • Upload is fast and easy.
  • Compatibility with other programs like DocuSign for simplified users.
  • Mobile App version of this so staff can sign documents on their phone.
  • With the pandemic and the instant shift to remote, this has been a life saver to get signed documents returned from staff.
Every instance I have had, they assisted me throughout the entire situation from start to finish and checked in with me as well, which was superb customer service!
The navigation is very easy to follow, the initial training is required to understand how to navigate around as it may not be obvious for a new user.
As previously mentioned, this is utilized by multiple areas in the hospital, but for HR the main functionality it relates to is communication with employees in terms of offers, employment changes and life event changes.

I have utilized DocuSign as a suggestion to staff who are on their mobile phones, and it is easy to use, however I prefer AdobeSign over that.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Infor CloudSuite SCM (formerly Lawson)
  • Well suited for sending offers letters and related document requiring signature for new hires other employment changes
  • Well suited for sending staff letters of benefits and pension changes
  • Less appropriate for secured pdf files from third parties that family members are required to fill out (e.g. life insurance beneficiaries)
