Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

[ADP Workforce Now] is currently being used for payroll and employee management. We do not use it to its full capability, just the basics. I am a fan of the time and attendance module, but we currently do not use that feature at this site.
  • All the reports that can be run and how easily they can be manipulated to pull the information you need
  • Payroll processing is very simple and seamless
  • The tax service that is available is a must
  • Turn around time/responses on tax notices
  • Clearer steps on adding a time off policy; I have searched everywhere on the bridge and am unable to find clear directions
  • Its made payroll processing much easier on the company
  • Garnishments/levies are easier to manage
  • Simple tracking of positions changes and performance increases
  • PTO tracking
I imagine this software would be great for this; unfortunately, [in] my current situation, we only use the basics.
There was one other payroll system I have used, but I can't recall what it was at this time. ADP [Workforce Now] has been the main one, so I prefer it above others at this time.

ADP customer service support is great. Of the million times I have had to call, I have maybe dealt with one person who was unable to assist me.
[ADP] WFN is very easy to use, and if you have never used it, it is very simple to figure out. The ability to reference back to the Bridge for a majority of the help or even calling the amazing customer service line. It works well for our current needs. I don't really have a response or scenarios where it has been less appropriate.
