Overall Satisfaction with ChurnZero

Churnzero is used as a CRM for us at Inflo. We use it to understand our customers more and how they are using our software.
We can gauge usage, sentiment and health of a customer at a few clicks of the button.
  • Churnscores - giving you the chance to tailor the things that are important for your business into understanding if a customer is likely to churn
  • NPS - surveys directly set up from plays through CZ
  • Usage - stats on who is the best and what they are using
  • incorporate more api's
  • support system - include live chat bots etc..
  • Has led to us understanding our customer more in terms of usage and when it is low in an area
  • It has enabled us to be more efficient as an NPS survey is sent out every quarter automatically .. giving us vital feedback on the product and team
  • We have been able to cut churn by over 3% due to understanding where they may be needing extra help e.g. engagement adoption
I prefer ChurnZero as it has a simpler design, it is more user friendly and the graphics are clearer

ChurnZero is vert user friendly and it is so easy to use. It does not take much picking up at all .. even more for a tech fobe.
Support is good and my CSM is excellent. I would want possibly the next level chat bot when stuck at any moment but that is asking a lot.
ChurnZero is suitable for all CSM's in a SaaS business as it can cater for every business.
