Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We juggled between different tools. Personal and corporate projects went to dead zones to never be found again. ClickUp keeps things visible when they need to be. Automations and checklists keep processes running smoothly, and the way ClickUp plays nice with others makes things simple to connect. Onboarding people is easy, and when I'm not around, nothing breaks as everyone knows what to do and where to find things.
- SOPs
- Creating recurring task
- Organizing different parts of the company
- Keep my sanity
- I like simple tools
- Sometimes the abundance of choice overwhelm
- Maybe adding tasks with voice, maybe it's possible I don't know
- The most important metric is that not a single project goes to a black hole
- My most limited asset is time, so removing the need to change between apps to do many things is priceless
In several ways. Tasks are connected between different areas, such as external contractors and in-house members. Everyone knows when to start doing their thing because there is a standardized, repeatable process. We also create collaborative documents, such as training materials, step-by-step procedures, and knowledge bases that bring out the best of each team and keep things updated as they happen.
In several ways. Most people use a form of to-do list app or even a notebook, but as our corporate tasks are not personal things, we all now manage our business-related day-to-day inside ClickUp; I mean, emails, the status of projects, checklists, clients info, and data, and our daily tasks. If someone asks for something, the answer most of the time can be, ''It's on ClickUp.''
