Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

Our internal IT department uses ConnectWise to diagnose remote user workstations.

  • Easy to deploy
  • Easy to manage
  • Some customizations are difficult to implement
  • Would like to see better hardware/software inventory
  • Very easy for new staff to use with minimal training
  • Easy to deploy
  • Much less expensive than other software platforms
ConnectWise is solid, allows customization, is easily upgradable and less expensive.
[It's] Great for connecting to end-user desktops, or providing access to vendors for remote connectivity.
