Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Great sales intelligence platform for sales teams. Gong makes it easy to track activities, provides call transcripts, and helps me handle calls better with insights from previous ones. It acts as a great repository of sales activity data that also helps teams get better at discovery and demo call handling.

With metrics like call info and points of interest, it is easy to pick up on keywords from the call and summarize conversations - questions, action items, and keyword trackers are super helpful. Listening time and speaking time are the other parameters that make it much better to get insights into calls.
Gong, in some instances, could do better when it comes to using AI to give actionable insights. The error rate is low, but I believe that it can definitely be improved on. The call transcripts sometimes have incorrect words based on audio input from the user. Points of interest work well in most cases and have no issues regarding insights on that front.
The call transcripts and points of interest help get insights into common talking points and decision-driving factors in a particular time period or industry. This helps build and work on strategy while targeting a set of accounts. Keywords tracker comes into play here big time as an extremely helpful insight.
Gong has a much better UI and UX experience when compared to the other tools. The sales insights are unparalleled when compared. Gong is focused on sales intelligence and insights, and its great data repository makes it much easier for sales folks to get better at their activities.

Gong is best suited for newly on-boarded sales folks to use it as a repository of sales activity data and content. It helps intelligence and insights, too, making it easy to gauge and handle calls better. The mobile app could be better though, it is relatively less intuitive than the web-based tool.
