Overall Satisfaction with Gong
i love having gong as my scribe. i cannot multitask very well where i am engaged in conversation whilst taking notes. having gong is a safety net a caveman like me needs.
- scrubbing clips from calls to send out instead of sending the entire call
- record keeping
- holding me accountable
- i probably don't play around with the other features enough to be critical of the functionality. i have a specific use case for gong and i love it.
