Overall Satisfaction with Groove

My organization uses Groove for contact management, outreach, and opportunity tracking via the Salesforce integration. We run numerous 1:many email campaigns in Groove, and take advantage of the People, Flows, and Email Scheduler functionalities, among others. We solve the problem of designing better email campaigns and improving our tracking of results with Groove. The business impact of using Groove has been quick and easy to measure in time we are saving that was previously spent manually tracking results, scheduling calls, and generating reports.

  • There is more opportunity for Groove to allow users what is shown to a client. I.e., if we send a campaign to clients with low usage and title the campaign 'low usage' internally, Groove will schedule a meeting with the 'low usage' label that the client sees.

Very user-friendly for new users, and very powerful for more complex users with time to learn the platform. It is an easy-to-learn tool and new users can quickly learn and deploy the software, and it has the advanced functionality to support very robust and high volume outreach programs.
Groove is easier to use and manage email campaigns in. Considerably easier to pull in contacts from Salesforce, customize campaigns, and track their results.

Groove is well situated to serve client-facing teams with frequent, targeted email distributions. It is also well suited for individual client-facing employees who need to schedule a large volume of meetings with clients, or need to send out a large volume of emails. Also well suited for tracking the results of email campaigns and tying the results of Salesforce.
