Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We have been using it to send emails using the custom templates within Groove. We also use the Groove analytics feature to check the engagement made by prospects over emails and how to better engage with them.

It solves pretty much all the challenges we face in terms of tracking our emails sent to prospects. And has an easy dashboard to understand quickly and check the analytics of each email.
Groove is better for cadence visibility since Salesloft cadences lack some cross-functional visibility for teams to share cadences. Groove is easy to use with a more simple and easy-to-navigate interface than Outreach which is a little complicated to onboard and adjust to.

Groove does an excellent job as a sales engagement platform. From tracking email activities and scheduling meetings to provide analytics features. The only thing it lacks is PDF tracking which sometimes is really required in a sales or marketing job.

It syncs all of our sales activity and gives us great flexibility with our calendaring and sequencing tools (called Flows)
