Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot day to day to manage our client lifecycles and sales pipeline. It helps to manage tasks easier and creates an environment of accountability and productivity. I'm grateful to use the product because it helps me to manage my day and week and ensures I'm accountable and follow up every client interaction promptly and professionally.

  • Track stages in pipeline.
  • Create client database.
  • Auto generation of tasks on non-working days.
  • Tracking new contacts and their most recent interactions.
  • Increase in overall revenue.
  • Increase in sales conversion rates.
  • Better NPS feedback.
Comprehensively better. The UI is much friendlier and aesthetically pleasing. The functionality is streamlined to my preferences and task management makes customer management and follow ups a dream. It's a definite A+ from me having used 20+ CRMs across my career, I can easily say HubSpot ranks in the top 3.
HubSpot has a more customisable approach and significantly less errors than the CRMs I've used in the past. To be able to log in, and know that I can get on with my day is a blessing. Knowing you don't have to spend time each day troubleshooting recurring issues is a delight.

HubSpot is well suited to anyone in a client facing role. It helps to understand your clients and tracks your contact history allowing you to give the best impression and stay organised. It may not be as appropriate in a project management setting once a deal is closed as it has limitations in this sphere from what I've observed.
