Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

As an Assistant Vice President of sales, I utilize HubSpot CRM daily and am thrilled to share my positive experience with this remarkable tool.

HubSpot CRM streamlines our sales team's operations, boosting efficiency and effectiveness. It's user-friendly interface and intuitive design make navigation effortless.

The platform's seamless integrations (we use Avoma, Zoom, Dropbox Sign, Calendar and many more) allow me to track and manage all interactions in one place. This comprehensive history provides valuable insights to tailor our team's approach and build stronger relationships.

HubSpot CRM's robust reporting and analytics capabilities offer real-time data on sales performance, pipeline visibility, and revenue forecasts. These insights drive informed decisions and optimize our sales efforts.

Automation features (we rely heavily on bespoke Workflows) reduce manual tasks, freeing up time for high-value activities. From lead nurturing to email marketing campaigns, HubSpot CRM ensures a consistent and personalized customer experience.

In conclusion, we like it a lot and we are better at what we do because of it.
  • Workflows are very effective to help speed up tasks, sequences and reminders to manage the inbound pipeline.
  • The integrations with other apps make this a great hub to manage and see all activities and insights generated by our teams.
  • The solid reporting features and the customizations there all us to have clear daily, weekly and monthly oversight in how our teams are performing and improving.
  • The "feed" for companies, accounts and deals could have some more customization when it comes to what display at the top or maybe as "most important sections".
  • The ability to pin more than one thing to the top of a contact, company or deal page would be a game-changer for us since if leads (and we, too) add forms on a lead, we want to have those stick together at the top of the page.
  • Automations save reps a lot of time on manual tasks and admin stuff.
  • Playbooks are great to force reps to add the right type of intel during discovery
  • Playbooks and the data input, toggles and many features are great to trigger automations and save time
  • It helps us with our overall objective of keeping our reps mostly on the phone, writing strong email and doing demo and finally to focus on closing instead on admin.
As a Sales Exec in my 10+ years of selling, I only have experience with Salesforce, Zendesk Sell and Base (later acquired by Zendesk).


However, I still think a platform like SalesLoft or Outreach is more suitable and adaptable for Outbound Sales and Email Marketing.
For me, this is very simple.
Hubspot out performs both of the previously used platforms.

  2. Excellent integrations to handle every in-one view
  3. Tickets are handy for assisting sales reps with quick
  4. Playbooks are very effective in having consistent data collection
  5. Workflows, sequences and automation are great for offloading manual tasks and saving reps a lot of time on admin.
  6. However, because we heavily rely on automation, we sometimes reach certain limitations when building more complex workflows.
