- Workflows are very effective to help speed up tasks, sequences and reminders to manage the inbound pipeline.
- The integrations with other apps make this a great hub to manage and see all activities and insights generated by our teams.
- The solid reporting features and the customizations there all us to have clear daily, weekly and monthly oversight in how our teams are performing and improving.
- The "feed" for companies, accounts and deals could have some more customization when it comes to what display at the top or maybe as "most important sections".
- The ability to pin more than one thing to the top of a contact, company or deal page would be a game-changer for us since if leads (and we, too) add forms on a lead, we want to have those stick together at the top of the page.
- Automations save reps a lot of time on manual tasks and admin stuff.
- Playbooks are great to force reps to add the right type of intel during discovery
- Playbooks and the data input, toggles and many features are great to trigger automations and save time
- It helps us with our overall objective of keeping our reps mostly on the phone, writing strong email and doing demo and finally to focus on closing instead on admin.
For me, this is very simple.
