We use Litmus to lay out and proof our emails. It allows our team to see how the email will appear within various email platforms so we can address design issues before it is sent to our database. Litmus also allows our team and the client to collaborate in real-time.
Pros

- Sometimes the tagging feature doesn't always alert the person being tagged.
- Litmus saves our team time in the review process.
- We are able to review email deliverability and optimize as needed.
- Allows us to streamline our email marketing efforts by synching with Salesforce.
We are able to address issues before the email is sent and optimize future emails based on performance.
I utilize commenting and sharing internally and with the client to allow for a shorter review time.
Litmus is a more robust tool and it's perfect for our client's needs.
