Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is being used for collaborating on a project across 2 departments. It makes collaborating and keeping track of tasks easier, and allows for ease of communication regarding work and comments since everyone is working remotely. It also allows for a virtual pin-up regarding design suggestions and decisions and shows managers the current progress and outline layout of reports.
  • Productivity tracking - to do list.
  • Working collaboratively in a virtual pin up.
  • Allows for sharing images and documents seamlessly.
  • Better mind mapping feature that allows me to change size of text for each branch.
  • Better font management and allowed to add new fonts.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Reduced project completion time due to seamless communication.
  • Winning colleagues over with intuitive and collaborative features of Miro.
Miro should improve their presentation feature, perhaps a different presentation mode that is seamless.
Easy to give people links to the Miro board to collaborate.
It’s made it easier to collaborate on reports and lay them out.

Conceptboard has a limit on items added to the board if free subscription. Lucidchart is not graphically the best and most user-friendly.
It is well suited in collaborative environments and creating virtual pin-ups where multiple parties across places can access, particularly during remote working. It’s not suitable for creating presentations for client meetings that are polished and seamless. Moving between frames is a bit clunky.
