Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

We use it for our cash management, revenue recognition, AP, budget & financial planning and lease management.
  • Revenue recongnition.
  • Financial reports.
  • Amortization
  • Saved searches.
  • Custom buttons.
  • Reporting
  • We invested a lot of time initially during the implementation phase.
  • Over time, it is getting easier, and we are seeing a lot of value.
  • Month close has been easier.
  • Bank rec has become very easy.
It is much better than Sage X3 however, it does not stand very well with Salesforce. We will use Salesforce as our CRM, and NetSuite has not been able to beat that.

NetSuite is generally not very intuitive and user-friendly. It was a hard road training our employees and getting them switched to it.
I have never contacted support.
Netsuite is well suited for cash management and revenue recognition; however, it has a big learning curve. It is not the most user-friendly system. I have used Salesforce CRM for years, and it makes so much more sense. NetSuite has a big learning curve.
