Overall Satisfaction with Quick Base

We saw a global need for tracking projects and a large amount of data exchange between the different departments of our organization. With particular customers, there is a large data set of fields to track that can give us real-time feedback on our performance. We found our solution in Quick Base.

Quick Base is an extremely user-friendly tool and we have used 75% of its user development functionality. Furthermore, we are adapting it as business needs change in real time.There is no real tool in our industry that is both user-friendly and complex, quick base solves that dilemma.
We enjoyed the cloud-based set up of Quick Base. Microsoft Access also required more detailed database knowledge. Microsoft Project required expensive user licensing. We also need a program that would run it easily on Apple iPads.
To me, some computer knowledge is required for building apps in Quick Base. The complexity of your app in Quick Base is directly related to your understanding of logic and computer programming. A knowledge of Microsoft Excel and it’s included functions would help someone to be able to develop more complex apps.

We have been able to foster the best communication I have seen in the administrative functions of our industry. We have been able to conquer specific business needs and achieve internal and customer-oriented goals quicker. This, in turn, has helped our overall customer satisfaction and have helped us become more efficient
While tracking our work complete two final invoicing, we noticed there was a bottleneck at some point in our process. We were able to track three separate processes within our billing cycle to be able to identify the bottleneck and negate it
It is great for medium to large size organizations for database integration into current processes. For extremely small organizations, it may not be cost-effective.
