Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Our company uses Rippling for payroll, vacation, benefits, and device management.

We got Rippling to handle a bunch of different HR processes, and came from Gusto.

More robust than Gusto, with a broader feature set from what I recall, although it's been about two years since we moved to Rippling. I remember Gusto being hard to find certain pieces of information, like my benefits plans and how to get insurance cards and things of that nature.
Quick response. I even had an incident where I couldn't figure out how to enroll my new laptop in the device management product of Rippling and someone at Rippling actually jumped on a live call with me and helped me figure out what was going wrong. That sort of can-do attitude impressed me.

Rippling does everything we need it to do. Payroll, benefits, device management, and much more. All of the functionality is thoughtfully designed, with an intuitive layout, and it's easy to find what you need to do, either as an employee or a manager. Rippling, like any HR platform, can always grow to do more, such as handling performance management, growth tracks, 1/1 meetings, etc.
Rippling is very thoughtfully designed, and it's easy to do the things I need to do as an employee. Requesting vacation time is one example. I can see my balance, request PTO, see my future balance, and more. As a manager I get notified when a member of my team has requested PTO and I can easily approve it.

For benefits enrollment, they make it super easy, having all the paperwork pre-filled out with my information and I just need to review and sign after making my plan selections.
