Overall Satisfaction with SendGrid Marketing Email
Our Sales, Marketing and After Sales Service departments use this software for communication purposes. For the Marketing department in my company, it is a dependable tool for promotional activities. They use it to send promotional emails to their subscribers. We use it for sending monthly newsletters to our customers.
Pros
- It provides easy setup and easy to use features.
- Email editor is very easy to operate for email template creations.
- Uploading email subscribers list is very fast.
Cons
- It lacks on multi-platform availability. We can not use it in mobile phone. Specially on Android devices.
- Sometimes Technical support does not show activeness in resolving queries.
- Unavailability of Email Drip functionality which is there in other softwares.
- The accuracy I got in delivering promotional emails in last 6 months helped me to achieve almost 80% of my annual targeted revenue.
- My subscribers list has been grown by 15% in last 3 months.
- It helped us in making good brand image real estate market.
If I consider the the easiness in functionality of Email Editor in SendGrid Marketing Email software, it matches my expectations. I don't need to train my colleagues for the usage of this software. In my absence also anyone can create email campaigns and send it very easily. So I chose this software.
