Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We use TeamViewer within our organization to provide remote support to employees in the company, especially those in remote locations. The software also functions well as a backup meetings provider in our account management team when other products that we use fail due to an outage or a bad connection with the service.
Pros
- Provides remote assistance.
- Has multiple monitor support.
Cons
- QuickSupport is still hard for some users.
- Remote support is a breeze with the application, and it is worth every penny when some of the applications in use have such complicated interfaces.
CloudRerry Remote Assistant has some of the same functions as TeamViewer, but the interface is slightly more limited, and there are some features that don't work completely. One excellent feature that TeamViewer has is that computers can be shut down remotely and automatically reconnected when the boot process finalizes, and they can even be booted into safe mode in Windows, which makes remote troubleshooting a more streamlined experience.
