Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

It is being used for Payroll, Benefits, and On-Boarding.
  • Cases are created to address problems we are having; great customer support.
  • Good training modules.
  • User-friendly system.
  • The time management section of UltiPro needs improvement.

UltiPro is much better! That was why we picked it.
Everything works fine except when there may be a server error (may be on our end) and at the end of the day when there are a lot of users on UltiPro maybe.
Great support reps!
When we were last having a problem correcting some employees' PTO time; we got great support and instructions on how to make these type of corrections.
UltiPro has a very strong, easy to understand payroll module. Time management, not so much.

Upgrading UltiPro

UltiPro Training

It was pretty straight forward but in-person would have been a real help. Some things we had to learn by trial and error.

Yes - It was a known issue with Time Management. We received the help we needed from support. Still has some problems from time to time.

User friendly for the most part. Some employees have problems with their tablet or phone; may be user error.
