Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
As a multi-brand commercial services provider, we use Webexpenses to break down our expenses (mostly American Express) into their proper brand and purpose. We use it across all our brands, approximately five unique operations. Breaking our expenses down allows us to properly cost purchases to the appropriate brand thereby allowing accurate financials.
- Looks good.
- Ease of pictures through mobile device.
- Sync with credit card accounts.
- It is awkward to use and not very intuitive.
- We have had several employees struggle using the program.
- Could be a lot better identifying receipts and attaching them to expenses.
Tried to but takes longer than printing my statement and filling it out manually.
