Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
We are a lean team in our non-profit incubator/accelerator. We rarely have a person dedicated for social media and I feel that Zoho has helped me keep our audience up to date with our activities and spread the word about us even if we're a lean team.
- Efficient post queueing system.
- Price and affordability.
- Multi-platform compatibility.
- User interface could be more straightforward.
- More features for the free trial so we could appreciate the value more before opting to subscribe.
- Analytics more elaborate.
- More engaged users.
- Increased efficiency for social media.
- Developed a niche of loyal audience.
It's a toss between CoSchedule and Zoho Social, but the other was more expensive.
