Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We are a lean team in our non-profit incubator/accelerator. We rarely have a person dedicated for social media and I feel that Zoho has helped me keep our audience up to date with our activities and spread the word about us even if we're a lean team.
  • Efficient post queueing system.
  • Price and affordability.
  • Multi-platform compatibility.
  • User interface could be more straightforward.
  • More features for the free trial so we could appreciate the value more before opting to subscribe.
  • Analytics more elaborate.
  • More engaged users.
  • Increased efficiency for social media.
  • Developed a niche of loyal audience.
It's a toss between CoSchedule and Zoho Social, but the other was more expensive.
Zoho Social is good for managing multi-platform communications. I like that it has the capability to link with LinkedIn when other services don't offer it.
