Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We use it to post social media updates to all our accounts at once, instead of doing it individually. We also schedule posts in advance.

Zoho social is the first and only product we've used to manage our social media, and we are happy with it.

Rating it a 9/10 because it has helped us as an organization. It has saved us time on monitoring social media account and allows us to post to all of them at once. In addition, it is very user-friendly and simple to use. The only reason I didn't give it a 10/10 is because there is no way to preview your Instagram grid.
Zoho Support is run by people who don't speak English well, and they can only help via email, making it difficult to get immediate help. Additionally, because of the language barrier, it is hard to communicate with support, and rarely are they able to actually assist with the matter at hand.
I think Zoho is great for an organization that isn't so invested in their social media. It does the bare minimum but is missing some features such as the ability to arrange and preview your Instagram grid and post a carousel of photos to Instagram. For an organization that wants a top-notch Instagram layout, I would not recommend Zoho Social.
