Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
It's being used in several of our video conference spaces. It's used to interface with internal associates at different locations, external companies as well as testing.
- Simple to use - meetings get going fast
- Simple to share content - no more fumbling with cables
- All encompassing - the integrated Chat feature on the desktop/mobile is great
- Calendar integration doesn't seem to work
- Current focus of green screen and like features aren't important to me.
- More video calls are happening
It's an asset in the conference room. Works very well with our ProAV gear.
