Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS

I do about 95% outbound prospecting and 5% inbound. For inbound, I need to search for phone numbers and verify emails, as well as company revenue. For outbound, I am searching for contacts for select accounts that I work with. I need to identify the personas and contact information.
  • It allows for seamless export to CRM
  • It provides company info including revenue at a glance
  • It provides ALL the needed information on one easy to understand page
  • The contacts listed in "Intent" is just a best "guess" who might be interested in your industry.
  • It sometimes provides results for companies I am not filtering for.
  • Some of the data is missing, like LinkedIn profile link or inaccurate.
I really like the Org chart feature. I can select a Department, like IT for instance, and then identify target contacts based on their title. It also shows me which data is available, like mobile phone and business email. If it does not have a business email, I do not even have to bother to import it into my CRM.
We have it integrated with Salesforce and Hubspot for easy import of contacts and accounts. I, however, was not involved in performing any integration activities, so I cannot speak to the ease of integration.
  • ZoomInfo SalesOS completely impacts my day-to-day productivity. If I did not have this tool and used other tools I have researched, I would not be as efficient.
  • My co-worker leverages the intent data to find prospects.
  • By importing the leads/contacts into my outbound prospect tool, I can drop them directly into a sequence, which ultimately leads to pipeline creation.

After testing several other software such as Seamless AI, Apollo and Lusha in a comparison test, ZoomInfo SalesOS won hands down! It provided the best data. It also allows for the export of records easily into our CRM. The interface is extremely easy and useful with all the pertinent information found on the same page when viewing a contact record.
