    Specific scenarios where Communifire would be well suited to an organisation, would be companies that are people focused and committed to frequent and open communication channels from both the top-down and bottom-up. It also would suit organizations that are committed to providing the staff opportunities to collaborate, share and actively contribute to company initiatives and planning. If these aren't elements of your organization's culture, the system would still work for you or those companies who just want to push information out and have an effective intranet. Communifire would cater to these scenarios just as well and is more than capable of providing that type of simple solution.

    Blizz is great for any kind of video conferencing call, it brings a lot to the table and manages to execute its service very well. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for an affordable and solid video conferencing experience. In my opinion, it would suit both medium and small teams the most.

    • Communifire allows people to connect easily through instant chat and messaging. It works similarly to other social media platforms like Facebook so its not hard to learn.
    • Communifire makes it easy to share news and events with our community and the presentation of this information looks very professional.
    • I found Communifire quite easy to configure to our individual needs. There were a lot of options to turn things on or off. This was important to us because in some areas of our community we wanted to allow our contractors many features and in other areas we wanted to really limit what was on offer.
    • We had a big list of things we needed a platform to do. Communifire ticked all the boxes.

    • Very effective linking of different devices. Easy to join from anywhere/any device by just entering the meeting ID.
    • Minimal, intuitive interface that takes very little getting used to. I skipped the help section and still figured everything out within a couple of minutes.
    • Pairs with Outlook so you can view all your existing contacts from within Blizz. Really saves time and stops anyone being missed out.
    • Can support up to 300 participants.
    • Reasonable pricing structure. Free for personal use and still good value for the higher-level packages. You can also add local numbers for free.
    • Live text chat for use during a meeting if you have something to say but don’t want to interrupt the presenter.
    • A secured connection so there are no issues sending sensitive documents etc.
    • The audio and video quality has always been excellent (although I’ve come to expect this from any conferencing software nowadays).

    • I tried adding new people to the meeting and if they are not already part of my contact list, I could not search for them easily during the meeting. There were no error messages when searching for non-existing users in my contact list. I expected a message stating that no contacts were found.

        This rating has a caveat - there is always room for improvement, and this team gets it. You always learn from customers how to do things better and easier, so it is a constant learning of how people use the site. Although the search engine is exceptional, most people do not use it as their first line of research. Much of the usability has to do with layout - and is not just a software usability item, so the rating is severely dependent up on the layout/options you choose for your usage. And their team will do anything in their power to get the results and layout you want. The areas that need improvement - and acknowledged by the team - are the administrative tools. There are a ton of options, and it takes a little to learn some of those. For most people, however, this won't be an issue, because the support team will always help you. This is always the case with more power. If there were fewer options it would no doubt be easier, but they give you the keys to all of the cars in the lot; so a little more to learn.

        The last time I had interaction with Blizz by TeamViewer support was directly on their website in the Help option, I sent them a written message, and in a few minutes, they had already answered me. I think the technical service is efficient.

        Previously, our sister company [didn't] want to invest [in] meeting software, so we were only using free version software, which has limits, like meeting time limit, file sharing limit, and [the] audio and video [were] not clear [as] it depended upon internet connectivity. [However,] when we changed to TeamViewer Meeting, we have seen immense change in the above features.

        • Using the Blizz app for my growing business, I’ve saved lots of money just from not having to spend on gas to meet in person or spend on getting other more expensive apps.
        • Eventually, as my business grows (partially also thanks to Blizz), I’ll have to upgrade the app, but the upgrade doesn’t concern me, as I’ll still be saving more money than I was before having Blizz.
        • Since communication is made easy with this app, it also saves me time - time that can now be spent investing in my business.
