I prefer LinkedIn Sales Navigator as it has a much more user-friendly UI, although it struggles to compete with InsideView. The list focused features are helpful in remaining organized.

InsideView provides a more robust compilation, spanning multiple subjects and not just job information.
Main competitor was DiscoverOrg. InsideView showed more or less same capabilites but the team was much easier to work with and pricing more interesting.
