We have been using DataMotion for a very long time now. The software is deployed across all departments and is very instrumental when it comes to keeping our email system secure. With DataMotion in place, we no longer have to worry about spamming, phishing, among other email threats. In addition, this software also comes with email encryption and decryption features which makes it easy to receive and send emails securely.

Trustworthy and easy-to-use system
DataMotion is used to power the secure and internal messaging program. It is used across the whole organization by staff members to send messages and documents that would otherwise be most appropriately handled in-person. It ensures that documents and other important pieces of information can be delivered in a remote manner.

My Experience Using DataMotion
I work in the HR department and we are constantly sending and receiving emails some of which contains sensitive information. With DataMotion, it is easy to encrypt files and emails and share them securely. We have the software deployed across several departments including the HR and Finance department. One reason why we chose DataMotion is that it easy to use (encrypting and decrypting emails is easy).

We use DataMotion to communicate HIPAA-protected information about and to our clients. DataMotion allows us to schedule, provide appointment information and resources, field appointment and workshop requests, and billing communications.

Data Motion Effective and Safe Communication with the Client
We have been using DataMotions for some time to communicate with our clients and provide a new channel of communication directly and efficiently. At the moment we are implementing it in a small part of our department in order to make it known and be accepted by the other community.
- Customer service is exceptionally good, they are very nice and efficient.
- The interface offers an appropriate and fluid ease of use, very easy to learn.
- Security is more than guaranteed and that gives us a lot of confidence in use.
- On some occasions I have had to communicate with some users, to indicate that the emails could be in the spam tray.
- It would be helpful if they improve the option of adding a new user in the address book.
- I don't find any more problems at the moment.

High email encryption with DataMotion
The software we are using in our company is DataMotion. The IT team first commissioned this solution to encrypt emails and keep an organized track of important emails that needed a read notification. The use was intensified and started to be used by all employees in our location. I use it daily to encrypt company email[s] with sensitive content and privacy is mandatory. Emails can contain attachments and texts, and the tool can encrypt everything, where only the right person has access and reads safely.

DataMotion is an email encryption software that has been our go-to tool from the day it was introduced in our organization. We have been using this efficient software across all our departments because of its great features. DataMotion has been offering all the features that financial data requires, so it [has] a great facet about it. DataMotion is mostly used in our department because the software is proven to be very helpful in processing orders and filing taxes for the company. It is a completely automated and reliable platform.
- DataMotion has been used in implementing requests such as ID approval as well where clients are required to show their ID and verify their identity in different things like student hiring and so on.
- DataMotion is a simple yet effective tool that is used greatly for the recipients of a secure email when a client is using it.
- DataMotion has a very intuitive interface which makes it very easy for the users to get a hold of it very quickly.
- DataMotion has many positive aspects about it, but I feel that there are certain areas that are lacking and need some improvement. Firstly, the copy and paste feature of DataMotion is weak and I personally think it can be improved a lot.
- Moreover, the address book interface of DataMotion can be made a lot simpler when it is about adding new users.

Extremely easy to use
DataMotion gives us the ability to securely send or receive documents containing sensitive information from our clients. We use the guide of "if you wouldn't put it on a billboard, don't send it through regular email." DataMotion keeps confidential and sensitive information secure.

SAFEST WAY TO SEND PHI and STAY IN COMPLIANCE
We use DataMotion for all our encrypted messages to various government entities, families, contractors, etc. It is used by the entire agency/organizations. We have several users at all our locations throughout the agency/organization that have the ability to encrypt emails (containing PHI) to the various government entities, families, contractors, etc. so all healthcare information remains secure. Our email compliance policy says if you don't have an sccmha.org email address anticipate the message going through to you in DataMotion. I send about 30 emails per day through DataMotion to the State of MI, MI Dept of Health and Human Services,etc.it is very secure.

- Easy to use, sends me a notification when sent, also when it's been opened. It tells me how many of the individuals on the email thread have opened it.

- The storage of previously sent emails drops off after a number of days, really would like to track for a longer period of time or an archived sent message queue.
- The newer version/updated awhile back has been capacity, as the older version I kept getting messages that I reach my maximum per day limit. Thank you for fixing that feature.
- I wish the message didn't go to recipient's junk mail so often. I started sending an Outlook message to first time recipient's to check their junk mail if they haven't received the message already as a heads up.

- Also, users including me sometimes get confused about the License and Recipient Account as it is not clarified rightfully. Moreover, sometimes we need to call and speak to someone on the phone in order to resolve the issue but this is just limited to emails.

Secure and Easy To Use
DataMotion Secure Email is used across all departments but mostly in the finance department. As an accountant, I deal with company finance from processing orders to filling taxes for the company and this software has been very helpful in securing the information shared through emails. It helps in maintaining work ethics regarding financial data privacy when need be.

DataMotion Simple to use Secure Email
DataMotion Secure Email is used by administrative departments to send secure or sensitive information. It addresses HIPAA and concerns for privacy of sensitive data. Some of our physician practices also use it to communicate secure information with their patients, such as forms needed before a visit, medical record releases, photos, and referrals to other physician practices.
- DataMotion easily secures sensitive and confidential emails.
- DataMotion is easy to use on both the sending and receiving ends. It's rare that an end user has an issue accessing a secure message.
- I can't think of any areas that DataMotion needs improvement. It's easy to use and has all of the required functions we are looking for.
