I use Dialpad to contact clients daily. Scheduling appointments, confirming appointments and texting information back and forth. Sometimes I have to call a client to do satisfaction surveys. The app is very helpful so I don’t have to share my personal phone number. The call quality is always great and I’ve never experienced any problems.

This is a great app to use when you have to stay in contact with dozens of people and don’t want to share your personal phone number. When the person who trained me and I replaced left, I didn’t have to create a new number. Dialpad made it easy to change the name on the account. I didn’t have to share a new number with clients.

We use dialpad to talk within the team and to talk with clients and customers outside of the orginization. We use the call feature, SMS and video options that are available through the platform.

We use Dialpad [Talk] on our PC's and also linked it to our cell phones. The ease of use across multiple platforms has been a plus. I also enjoy being able to add a current call into video chat if needed. I would like to be able to send SMS messages while on a call with someone though. That option is not available from the call screen when on the line with someone.

I use Dialpad as a one-person direct hire recruiting company and really enjoy it. I like that I can use it as a "softphone" on my PC, but also on my mobile phone outside of the office. I enjoy the fact that I can use the Dialpad mobile app outside of the office and continue using my business phone number both for calls and text messages. I have found that using the same phone number causes less confusion than having to give both a business line and cell phone number. With regard to the customer service, they were there at the beginning [of] the trial before I made the switch and they have been there anytime I have needed them along the way (which hasn't been often). They are very quick and helpful. A couple of features I really like: Ability to "star" favorite contacts that will show up at the top of your text or calls list. I like to use this when I am actively working with a client or candidate. I also keep my "regular clients" on that list so they are always top of mind. One-click video calling is very convenient so that I can jump right into a video call. After I have a call, I get a nice voice transcription that I can refer back to in order to make sure my notes are correct. It is not always perfect, but it is extremely useful to be able to go back to a conversation to keep accurate notes. When you go to the transcription, it even organizes it for you where you can go to specific things like Action Items, Interesting Question(s), Currency (when any dollar amounts are discussed for salaries, fees, prices, etc..), Positive Sentiment, Call Purpose, and [also] dates and times. I'm really enjoying Dialpad. It has been an excellent addition to my business and the price is right as well (especially if you pay annually). I would highly recommend this to any business, small or large.

  • Took me a week or two to get used to the mobile app and get the settings right, but to me, that's just a normal "new product" break-in time.
I've been with Dialpad almost a year now and it has been nothing short of excellent so far.

We used Dialpad Talk to call, leave voicemails, send texts, track performance, and to transcribe out conversations with our customers. It is used throughout the entire organization and allows us to ensure we are fully equipped to be able to provide excellent communication for our customers. It also allows us to use our company specific phone number and take calls on your mobile phone through the Dialpad Talk app.

Dialpad Talk has been used by my department in the agency. It was especially useful during the COVID-19 pandemic since we had to work from home and our clients were calling our personal numbers 24/7. Using Dialpad Talk has allowed us to keep our privacy and also we have been using the texting feature as a new part of our outreach and communication strategy.

  • It can block calls in specific hours so you can have your regular work schedule and not receive phone calls after hours.

  • Sometimes the connection with ZenDesk doesn't work and I can't create tickets for my clients.

Our main communication platform for voice, meetings, and call center is Dialpad Ai Voice. Previously, we used a combination of various applications that relied on each other. Since transitioning to Dialpad Ai Voice, we have benefited from having a single, dependable, user-friendly platform that is easy to oversee. As a result, staff morale has improved, and customer satisfaction has increased.
  • We are highly satisfied with the user-friendliness of Dialpad Ai Voice. Although we dedicated additional time to train and granted early access to allow ample time for acquainting with the system, the majority of users were able to start using it without much guidance.
  • The implementation and support teams have been exceptional. They've promptly provided answers and helped to troubleshoot issues.
  • One comprehensive platform for all needs - voice, meeting and call center - has really streamlined training and helped with adoption.
  • Users are unable to adjust colors of status indicators. For example, if an employee sets a custom status for Lunch or Out of Office, the indicator remains green like they're still available.
  • Backgrounds for non-video meetings are controlled by Dialpad Ai Voice, so you can't remove or set backgrounds for users.
  • While we can add custom on-hold music, we can't remove audio options that are provided out-of-the-box.
I honestly can't imagine a business vertical where Dialpad Ai Voice wouldn't be well suited. The Dialpad Ai Voice platform is extremely flexible and easy to manage.

We recently switched to Dialpad from a competing VoIP phone service and I wish we switched sooner. We use Dialpad as our business phone system, our video conferencing solution and our internal chat and communication platform. Best thing is it does it all from one really nice desktop or mobile app.

  • I would like to see a better built in paging solution but they do have one, it just isn't as user friendly as the rest of the features.
Dialpad has really created a great product for companies of all sizes. Their tech is easy to use, reliable and functions much better than our previous solution. I put off switching for a long time because it seemed like a daunting task to move our entire phone system that everyone was comfortable with, but now I really wished I did it sooner. The team Dialpad made deployment as easy as could be. They worked with us around the clock to get our phone system set up properly and test it diligently before go live. They also helped train my entire team so everyone was comfortable with the new software. The day our phone number finally ported, the switch was as seamless as could be. I would highly recommend Dialpad to anyone looking for a powerful and robust business phone solution that somehow feels light weight and easy to use.

We have only been using them for a short time but I do not have any real negatives yet. Hopefully they don't have servers going down or frequent dropped calls but so far, we have not had any of this.

We currently use Dialpad for all inbound and outbound calls made by Sales, Customer Success, and Support.

We are using Dialpad across the whole organization. Dailpad allows employees to locate one another easily across many clinics. We can now search by the name of the person rather than having to look up their extension. If we have their extension memorized, we can still connect that way. Also, we can now put faces with names because we can upload our picture and across a company that has many clinics, [which] can be very helpful for in-person meetings or Zoom. [One] feature a [real] love is the ability to transcribe calls. When I have patients call in and the conversation goes for a while or I really want the important parts noted in an account but I cannot type or write fast enough, I can go back to my transcript and get the details quickly.

Dialpad is suited for almost every situation depending on the structure of the business. If you are an on-the-go person and have the ability to use your cellphone or home phone there are great functions for that. The great functions and features of Dialpad allow users the ability to track their calls, create an electronic contact list, and view/listen to their messages. There are so many features I love that have been well thought out and applied. I think for the medical industry, there [have] to be better wireless options than the ones given and headsets that have a longer range on them.

Dialpad Talk is being used by the customer care department, it helps us to organize incoming calls and assign them to the right subdivision of the customer care department. It also helps us to communicate among all agents working [in] the same department making it easier to solve some kind of problems.

  • It needs to improve the section which shows the status of an agent.
  • The chat section is delayed a little bit.
  • It could show for how long an agent has been doing a certain task.
It is great for all kind of call centers and similar workplaces, it could also work in other scenarios but I have not used outside work, so I'm not sure if Dialpad Talk will make it on a different scenario or not, I don't believe it will be the best option outside the call center industry.

I've been using a VOIP phone system for years and wanted to move to the cloud and cut my costs as well. I explored a host of options and Dialpad is top rated. It integrates with my Office 365 online subscription, pulls contacts, recent emails and has an app for my pc and ios. I can move from one device to another seamlessly and the quality is phenomenal.

The best cloud-based phone system I've discovered. As am entrepreneur and sole proprietor, Dialpad is well suited for consultants and is easily expandable to include an Admin assistant or other colleagues. If you like to wear a headset using your pc or airpods with your phone, dialpad is perfect for your use. Additionally, if you need to switch devices e.g. start a call on your pc and want to switch to your mobile, it is seamless.

Dialpad has been the only mode of communication that I have with my boss and with their clients. As compared to the previous VOIP tool that I used, Dialpad was more dynamic, more reliable, and more flexible. It is very user-friendly, I didn't need much training to use this tool as it is intuitive, and the simple interface helps me do my work every single day. Moreover, whenever there's an issue with it, the customer service line is accessible and its reps have always went above and beyond to help me.

It is the fastest and easiest way to achieve my work, the platform is easy to use and it also has tools that help develop my work. At present, communication even at a distance is very simple, but the truth is that the means we use for this are not of quality, and we feel subject to something that we simply need even though it does not work well. Dialpad Talk, however, is an enhanced platform with technology that makes communication with another person simple and fast. So far one of the best platforms I've had the opportunity to work with.

Dialpad has become a way of life for me. Without it I don't know how I would do my job. It links perfectly with my phone, super easy to use and easy to read. It helps me stay organized and know exactly who I need to contact.

Virtual Learning requires a reliable communication tool with text and screen-share capabilities, while still protecting the privacy of both students and teachers. Dialpad has afforded me these options and maintains detailed contact logs for each individual student, which saves me a tremendous amount of documentation time.
  • It provides transcripts of voicemail messages within minutes, so even when I'm in a meeting I get the gist of missed calls.
  • It provides detailed communication metrics: call attempts, time stamps, text frequency, etc.
  • I'm able to send/receive photos, small video files, and diagrams to students (and parents), while they're working in a corresponding segment.
  • A better "group text" option would be helpful. I'd like the option to send mass (general) text announcements to which students could not reply.
  • Sometimes the phone call doesn't connect or the call gets dropped temporarily. It would be helpful if DP would reconnect automatically.
  • Perhaps DP could offer a designated phone number title so our calls don't register as "spam" on most initial parent contacts.
Our school district does not permit the text-transcribing option, however the documentation capabilities of DP are (thus far) unmatched. I can quickly monitor call data, text metrics, and/or pull up specific contact logs instantly. In the Education space, parent/student communication is a daily requirement, the documentation of which can be extremely time consuming. This program has providing concrete records of contact which saves a tremendous amount of time.

I use Dialpad every day. It is an amazing application, easy to use and to be connected with clients, the quality of the photo text is very good and can be saved to your PC. You can also sent photo screenshots of documents which is great when clients don't have access to email. We also use Dialpad Text within our staff members and it is very convenient with clients because you don't have to give your personal number and can still call or text them from your own device.

This has replaced any physical phones in the office and easily forwards my business line calls to my cell phone. The phone app is excellent. I especially appreciate the transcripts of the phone messages. Plus, I can answer and talk on a call on my computer, I don't even need my cell with me in the office.

I use Dialpad to communicate with my peers. The business problem Dialpad addresses are to provide a worldwide stable communications platform for an enterprise company. I can easily talk with anyone within the organization because of Dialpad. Dialpad also organizes my contact list, integrating with the active directory service making it easy to lookup employee phone numbers.

Dialpad Talk is the best. I have it installed on two laptops and two cell phones. One phone number (Dialpad assigned from admin) will ring all my devices. I use it to communicate with external contacts as well. If I need to make a business call, I will use Dialpad no matter who I'm calling to make sure the conversation is clear. Sometimes my cell phone doesn't have good reception.

Dialpad fits our company perfectly. We are not willing to go "cell phone only" for our employees and want each of our employees to have their own assigned phone number. Some employees want a desk phone and some want an app on their computers. Everyone wants an app on their phone and the ability to switch between them. Dialpad does all that for us and works very well.

Dialpad is well suited for a company that wants its employees to have a traditional "office phone number" but still be able to make a receive calls from anywhere using their mobile phones or laptops. It also allows user to choose whether or not they want a desk phone. And it is all cloud based with no need for any server hardware onsite.

Dialpad Talk is way cheaper than a landline, and managing phone trees and call handling is a breeze. We used it to replace our old landline, and pointed our toll free numbers to the new Dialpad number. It's also easy to set up multiple offices and departments, so we can manage all of our locations from the main office with ease.

It is very affordable, and the softphone app is easy to use. It works with multiple brands of desk phones, and is easy to manage on the admin side as well. The admin settings could be a little more diverse, but it is a really good product for the price.
