GoTo Meeting Success
We have go to meeting set up with people inside and outside of our company. We use it frequently for meetings and calls with engineers and sales meetings for peope who can not attend in person. We also use Microsoft Teams internally with employees but not everyone outside of the company is using that platform so we use this instead.

Great meeting software!
goTo Meeting is great for keeping our teams connected both internally as well as with customers. It's easy for us to use, easy for custoemrs to use and easy to create and manage meetings. I've used other products that make it difficult to sign in and GoTo does not have that problem in my epxerience.

We have to consult with clients across the country and deliver consultations and trainings remotely. GoToMeeting works well for us to service our clients without the necessity of travel costs and time. We need to deliver rapid, timely support after major organizational crises. GoToMeeting is easy to use, and anyone can access it, regardless of locale. GoToMeeting is reliable generally, unlike some other meeting platforms.

- We do need to file-share and could use some more work there.

Web Meeting Platform that's Worth the (low) Cost
GoToMeeting is our go-to (no pun intended) webinar platform for hosting 1:1 or group meetings. We use it for both on-demand and scheduled meetings. The platform helps to connect us with our clients and internal team members to facilitate easy collaboration.
- On-Demand meetings. I am able to give clients my custom-URL so that if we are in the middle of a call and it would be helpful for them to view my screen, I just tell them the URL to enter and they are seamlessly connected without having to wait on me to email them a link.
- Reliability. Unlike some other platforms I've used, I don't experience buffering or other technical issues.
- Integration. GoToMeeting is integrated with my email platform so it's really easy to add GoToMeeting to every calendar invitation. It's also integrated with my marketing automation platform so that I can create custom landing pages for people to book meetings and seamlessly have their info go into my GoToMeeting account.
- Sometimes the control panel can be a little annoying. It typically opens on the right-hand side of the screen. You can easily minimize it but then you lose the ability to see chats, etc. Some other platforms have the control panel on the bottom of the screen.
- It would be nice if I could just share a portion of my screen. When I had two monitors, I could just select to show one monitor, but now that I've moved to one large screen, it would be nice if I could just share a portion of my screen.
We used GoTo Meeting to do webinars with our customers, and to meet together as a team. It allowed us to have a central place to go to meet an to have control over the participant settings.

Good overall Collaboration tool
I use TrustRadius for team meetings to share content and so others can view and control my screen. It is helpful when I need to work with multiple people across my organization but I find it is not as user friendly as other meeting solutions on the market.

Since GoTo Meeting is a web conferencing and online meeting software, we use it to conduct virtual meetings with clients, partners and colleagues. We have a team of 100+ employees spread across the globe, so GoTo Meeting allows us to connect with each other easily and efficiently, regardless of our location or device. It was especially helpful during the COVID-19 pandemic when many of our employees worked remotely.

ll employees have access to GotoMeeting. We use it for our team meetings, project reviews, management committees, etc. Our organisation has 5 contact centres, 2 of which are abroad. It's vital to have a tool that enables us to exchange information while limiting travel. The Covid pandemic and the introduction of teleworking have intensified our use.

Having used GoTo Meeting prior to the pandemic allowed our organization to easily transition to virtual-only meetings at a time when doing so was essential. As a wireless sw engineer, we work with customers on a daily basis. This includes joining an online meeting with customers all over the world. Go to the meeting is our "goto" application for online meetings. We work on the customer networks by taking access and resolving their issues.

We use GoTo Meeting for our web conferencing needs with clients. In this virtual world, sometimes it is nice to take things a step further than a phone call - this is a platform that allows you to video conference anyone, anywhere, similar to Zoom. The difference between this product and Zoom is that your user / recipient doesn't have to download this program in order to connect with you.

Impressive with few minor issues
We use GoTo Meeting for attending meetings online and also for the monthly conference meetings. We have a scheduled monthly scoop every month which connects each and every company employee and let us know the company growth, innovations, financial stability of the company, new policies, etc. In our monthly scoop, employees from India, UK, US, Canada, etc. join us, and GoTo Meeting helps us in reliable meetings without any disruption or connection drops. Before this, we were using Zoom, which was not good, so we are happy to use GoTo Meeting as it's very easy to use and efficient

GoToSolution, once upon a time.
We used GoToMeeting to conduct virtual meetings, using both the audio conference bridge only as well as video when required. We also used it to provide remote IT support in one-one setting.

Our office began using GoTo Meeting in 2020 during the pandemic as a way to conduct meetings remotely to help plan and discuss our reopening strategies. We've continued using it since, as we brought in new practice management software, and GoTo integrated with that. Now we are able to have our normal staff meetings remotely, allowing more freedom and flexibility in our staff's work schedule!

User-friendly, easy to use, does what it advertises!
GoTo Meeting is our main form of communication when we need to talk face-to-face with just one other person, all the way to big groups. We've found that we enjoy it more than alternatives such as Google Meet or Skype. We like the features available on GoTo Meeting and the easy user interface.
- The platform ensures high-quality audio and video transmission, minimizing disruptions and ensuring clear communication.
- Participants can share their screens, making it easy to present documents, slideshows, or any other content.
- It provides robust security features to protect meetings and data.
- Simplifying the interface and making it more intuitive would enhance the overall usability of the platform.

After the security breach last year, I feel that I find it very hard to trust any products from this company. I was also a LastPass user and have since stopped using that software as well because of my experience. I feel like just thinking about these products gives me anxiety. I feel like I will always wonder what information of mine has leaked. Hopefully, I did not lose any important information from the recent security breaches. I would definitely like to warn anyone who even thinks about using their products that my experience is a possibility. Despite my experience, I assume the recent security breaches have taught them a lesson and their security model is much better now.
If security was not a factor, I think GoTo Meeting and its other products are great. I like the user interface better than Webex and call quality is generally pretty good. Zoom call quality does seem a bit better though by comparison. It just seriously bothers me that their security was so lax considering what happened in my experience, especially when they own a password security product. However, without taking security into account, I thought the products were great. I used GoTo Meeting because I had such a great experience with LastPass and GoTo My PC. The usability of all their products is also great. I am saddened that my experience has tarnished their reputation for me now. I would normally be a champion for this company, but not after my experience with them.

Loving GoTo Meeting and here is why
We use GoTo Meeting as a key communication tool. A number of our clients, contacts and vendors only use this medium for visual communication. Having a secure, trusted video connection, especially with the sensitive nature of our work, means they are not wrapped up in a concern. I love it is fast and always dependable. When using it we have never had any glitches, downtime or issues connecting. It is a marvelous piece of critical tech.

- We like the easy nav, especially for things like sharing screens and doing presentations
- The quality of the recordings has lots of value; I can send them to a client or my team for reference or catchup
- Does not fully match the functionality of Zoom.
- I know it is a quality product and service, still the price is just a little high.
- The speed and quality level of the connection is a challenge, with some clients working with more basic connections.
It is primarily used for remote access in technical support situations.
