Unless they raise the price of it, I don't see why we would change from Clarizen at the end of our subscription period. … If we determine that premium support is required to serve our needs, then we will look to address that at that time and see if it is cost justified to do so.

Management meets weekly on the revenue and cost forecasts and monthly we True up the Adaptive work forecasted revenue to our accounting system and discrepancies are reviewed in detail.

Putting a dollar amount on the positive ROI it has had is really hard to do, the more you invest time into the program the more it can benefit your company.
