While, I do feel that we get a good amount of candidates who are qualified for the positions we post, we do get probably three times the amount of candidates who do not even qualify for the positions. I think it may be a training issue on our side on how to use SmartRecruiters to better screen out those unqualified candidates.

I think that SmartRecruiters works pretty well on the candidate side. It's simple for candidates to apply to a job. That is crucial. They can apply with their LinkedIn profile or with only a few simple clicks. Candidates do appreciate this. I believe that they do well here compared to other ATSs I have used in the past.

This is of ZERO reflection of the quality of service that SmartRecruiters provides. I may have misunderstood the question, but it is inherent of my industry and my region that we do not have many qualified candidates here, yet we attract a large number of completely unqualified candidates that apply despite their lack of the required experience, skills, etc.

I rated "10" here because of the term "enabled". They system makes it easy to communicate immediately and clearly with applicants. It is widely known in the recruiting world that the number one complaint is lack of communication - specifically with applicants who are not hired. I can certainly understand their frustration there. So, I very much appreciate the alerts that SmartRecruiters gives to let users know as soon as an applicant applies or sends a message. At that point, it is up to the user to use the tools and respond promptly back to the applicant. I personally do not have any issue doing this within SmartRecruiters.

The candidate can see their resume status. I've had times when SmartRecruiters has pushed out emails to candidates when I didn't intend for that to happen. When I used SmartRecruiters to schedule, the candidate emailed me saying they got an email an interview was canceled.
